Folsom Street Flagging opportunities – SF 2 years, 8 months ago · ViewThe Folsom Street Fair is next
weekend. Here is information about flag friendly venues that weekend incase
you’re wondering.
Folsom
Street Fair: Gold’s Gym is sponsoring the
dance stage and is looking for volunteers to staff the boxes. There are 8
boxes that will be alternate every half hour starting at 12:30PM from dancers
to flaggers. Several of the box time slots are taken but there are still
a few available including a few “alternate” shifts. John is
handling this; if you’re interested drop him an email today: john_m_wong@… . Guerrilla
flagging encouraged anywhere you find room just remember not to hit pedestrians…
unless they ask you too.
Real Bad: The most
sought-after party tickets of the year. If you don’t have tickets,
good luck! If you are going, the flag stage is open for flaggers from 7-9:45 and again after 2AM. Keep a
watch on the time and don’t let your bags get trampled.
Magnitude: As wonderful a jewel as
this has always been to the Folsom there is no
flagging space this year. We’ll
all keep our fingers crossed for next.
