What is it about flagging that you enjoy the most?

the freedom of expression, and spiritualness of it.


How long have you been flagging? How did you get started?

ive been flagging for about 3 months now… and i used to spin fire and love seeing other types of spinning then i met an amazing spinner in sf and seeing him and his partner do it really got me into wanting to do it as well thanks xavier….


What was your first flagging experience?

spinning in the park in june 2010


What was one of your best flagging experiences?

they are all good so far and hope to get better and learn new tecniques….to further improve


Who has inspired or taught you?

self taught but inspired by xavier caylor.


Where do you often like to flag?

my bar deco lounge…. in the tenderloin


What advice do you give to beginning flaggers?

i am one but dont give up just keep trying….


Do you have a wish for what happens to your flags after you leave this world?

they go to someone who will continue on the beautiful art form
