How would you describe yourself as a flagger?

Still learning but having a great time at it. Love the Flow.

What is it about flagging that you enjoy the most?

The flow. I learned to flow with my body while training in Ice Skating and Dance. The Flow of life is everything. The Moon, the tides, the movement of the earth even love and happiness have there own flow and rhythm. Flagging has taken my flow to a different level.

How long have you been flagging? How did you get started?

I have been flagging since May of this year. Did a work shop with Phillip Bryan and Chritsopher. Awesome men and awesome spirits…..Thanks guys.

Who has inspired or taught you?

Phillip Bryan and Christopher from Tracks colorado. I love learning and being inspired by teachers who are inspired themselves. Still have favorite teachers from high school but these to are so full of Love and Light, they make you not only feel like you are a student but that you are part of a loving group as well.

What was one of your wildest or craziest flagging experiences?

I am still a virgin to that one…….

Do you make your own sets? Can you describe what kind you make?

Not yet but working on getting all the equipment then I am going to try it again did my own flags at Colorado flagger weekend and I was hooked. Phillip and Christoper are not only great people but very good teachers. Thanks Guys

Where do you often like to flag?

Tracks Denver, Co and the park I like the outdoors and it is a good way to meet people they really enjoy it. Especially the kids they are eyes wide and ready to learn. I have even considered making a pair for my Neice and Nephew the really seemed to enjoy them, but they need a smaller size. It teaches them flow as well. A good thing to have in your life.

What advice do you give to beginning flaggers?

I am one, so my advice to myself is watch, learn, have fun and respect. I have found that anyone will teach you pretty much anything if you are patient and willing to learn and always, always love what you are doing.

What nice/unusual comment has anyone said to you while flagging?

Thanks for letting me play, , , and it was my pleasure. It is fun to see the look in people’s eyes when they feel the movement and rhythm of the flags.

Do you have an ultimate flagging experience that you would like to achieve, but have not yet?

The feeling of Deep Flagging…Still a pup..and am working on finding my own flow.

Do you have a wish for what happens to your flags after you leave this world?

Yes they need to continue to flow so they will be given to one of my friends…Or buried with me and my Ice Skates…..

What are your favorite songs to flag to?

Yes they need to continue to flow so they will be given to one of my friends…Or buried with me and my Ice Skates…..
