Each year at Easter, Lee Park hosts a "Poodle Parade". Thousands of people come to the park to celebrate Spring, see the pups, and listen to the symphony.
We stopped by for awhile before going to the Flagging in the Park.
Many people show their creativity with homemade Easter Bonnets.
Folks love to dress up for the parade. Some folks just love to dress up!
This bonnet is made of "Peeps", a confection popular at Easter. The guy is part of a group that calls themselves the "Peep Show". :-)

One of the contests of the parade was "dog that most resembles its ownser" Here’s a likely entry!
After we’d had enough poodles in the park, we headed over downtown for some flagging.
Turtle Creek runs through Lee Park. Several of the dogs cooled off by taking a spash in the water.
Do these bunny ears make me look gay? . . . Or is it the cotton tail?
