Set 40 - Stained Glass - June 2007

How appropriate that for my 40th set, I make what I would say is by far my greatest work of art. These are on 8mm silk, and were a wedge fold. I was not sure as I painted the colors onto the silk what I would end up with, I was really just playing. The end result was so pretty and really wowed the guys during the tie dye event I hosted in June at my home.

Under black light these have an amazing blend from the light blue to the purple that becomes translucent and has a beautiful effect. I do not plan to ever give these away - these are a keeper.
