Set 13 - Cool Rays

Another attempt at painting the dyes rather than tying and then dyeing. I like the results of these - very cool and soothing. In daylight a nice simple color scheme and a great glow under black light. The flags became a gift so my buddy and co-performer with play - Bob McLoud.
