How would you describe yourself as a flagger?

I would have to descibe myself as the following:

intense, powerful, agressive, primal, and technical.


What is it about flagging that you enjoy the most?

The ability to bring a side of myself that no one else can bring out in me. I express all my emotions, and my soul in them.


How long have you been flagging? How did you get started?

13 years…my hubby use to fan dance back in the days…..learned from him.

A t-shirt in GAY PRIDE

Michael Regalbuto, Chris Smith, Albert Cortes


What was one of your wildest or craziest flagging experiences?

All of them!!

Do you make your own sets? Can you describe what kind you make?

I use many types, but all in all they each have a story of my soul in each and every one of them.


Where do you often like to flag?

Anywhere I feel comfortable

What are your favorite types of flags to work with, and why?

The ones that are perfectly constructed, and well balanced.


What advice do you give to beginning flaggers?

Know why you wanna do it, and find someone that truly knows how to do it…..learn from them….its not all about being the center of attention…..its about expression and beauty.


What nice/unusual comment has anyone said to you while flagging?

I was once told I looked like a demon envoking the spirits from the dammed…..and it was hot.


Do you have a wish for what happens to your flags after you leave this world?

to be given to my best flagging friends to play for me over my grave every year on my anniversary of my death.
