    In honor of Gay Pride across our nation, I will be offering a FLOW
    class this month to get your flag on! Join us as we gather to share
    in the movement magic of this powerful art form.

    FLOW – Lead by George Jagatic, Founder of Axis Danz, will be held
    next Thursday from 7-9pm. All levels are encouraged to come out and
    enjoy this beautiful art form. Loaner flags will be available and we
    will begin promptly at 7:15pm. Bring a friend and share the joy!

    Date/Time
    Thursday, June 19, 7-9:00pm

    Location- NYC
    Ripley Grier Studio: 520 Eighth Avenue, 16th Floor

    Cost
    $15- however, no one will be turned away for lack of funds!

    Please come dressed in comfortable clothes that allow you to move
    freely. RSVP to this e-mail to reserve your spot in the class (space
    is limited). If you have any questions you can also call me at 917-

    (Rehearsals will be held from 9-10pm after FLOW for those of you
    marching with the SWISH float in the Pride Parade.)

    FLOW!

    Join us for a very special FLOW (Flagging)class, on Thursday, June
    21st from 8-10pm as we fill our flags and lift our spirits with the
    energy and experience that is FLOW. Come smile, flag, fan, meet
    friends and let FLOW ease your body and balance your mind.

    As usual, FLOW will be held at Ripley-Grier Studios, 520 8th Ave.,
    on the 16th Floor. We will cover the fundamentals of the FLOW
    technique as well as explore our own individual style and expression
    through a variety of movement exercises. All levels are welcome and
    you are encouraged to bring a friend with to share in this beautiful,
    movement art form.

    This class will engage your entire body and give you an opportunity
    to explore your own individual flagging style so please wear
    comfortable clothes. The fee for the evening is $15 to cover the
    cost of the room rental; however, no one will be turned away for lack
    of funds. If you will be coming to this session, please RSVP by

    You are so right about the healing arts of the arts. I have only been flagging a short time but am a dancer and artist. The flagging has given me a flow I never knew before. It has affected my dance and artwork which I call my artwork but started it years ago for Therepy. I have had aids for 26 years and during the dark times I vowed to turn a negative into a positive so I made art work.
