Come enjoy the sun, music, flagging, friends, and fauna in
the beautiful AIDS Memorial Grove, Golden Gate Park.
About FITP: In 1996 a group of San Francisco
flaggers started a tradition of celebrating life by gathering in the newly dedicated
AIDS Memorial Grove. Here we are fourteen years later; the DJs,
organizers, and participants are donating their time, energy and love to help
raise money for mostly local (sometimes national) charities.
This event is open to all of the flow arts – fan
dancing, flag dancing, poi, hoop, staff – and their supporters.
